J. PRESS accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and include a copy of the packing slip or the return authorization form.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
